I’m Claire…and I’m so glad you found me.

My own experience of hypnotherapy changed my life.

For years I struggled with compulsive nail and skin biting and felt stuck in negative patterns I couldn't seem to break. Through hypnotherapy, I overcame the body-focused repetitive behaviour and discovered a deeper connection with myself. More recently, hypnotherapy also helped me break an intense cycle of insomnia.

Those experiences inspired me to train as a cognitive hypnotherapist, so I could help others discover the same lasting change.

Today, I help clients access the strengths and resilience that have always been within them but may have become buried beneath fear, stress, or negative thinking.

Outside the therapy room, I'm a published poet and writer (check out my latest collection “Secrets and Gold” on Amazon), and I love spending time with my family and pets.

“Claire reminded me that there is hope after being in the dark, and there are so many good things out there even after all of the bad things that have happened. I’ve gained my sense of self-worth back after years of feeling unworthy.”

“Your words are just beautiful…really emotive. The way you integrate your poetry into your therapy is a breath of fresh air for anyone dealing with any mental health issue.”
